Need clarification?
Why do the transaction fees vary between the countries?
Put simply, because the costs are different.
In particular the US wholesale card charges can be almost double that in the EU.
In addition there is significantly more complexity in the charging models in a number of countries which is why an in-depth conversation is so important so we can provide an accurate guide based on your business.
What kind of support do you offer?
All our Brands get access to our Support Centre which hosts hints, tips and help for a wide array of commonly asked questions. In addition, our support teams are available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm to support you and your network.
Can I upgrade midway through my contract?
You bet! You can upgrade or downgrade at any point during your agreement.
Can I downgrade my plan later?
Yes you can downgrade your plan at any time.
Do you charge a set-up fee?
No. We do not charge for set up or onboarding.
How long will it take me to get started?
Great question, your account can be up and running in a few days but that is only half the story. The key is training and onboarding which varies hugely depending on your network and your aspirations. For a network of 20 + franchisees it is sensible to allow 3 - 6 months from start to finish.
Are there any other costs?
We have a simple, transparent pricing structure. It is just a monthly fee per franchisee and a small % for each transaction that goes through FranScape which includes all card fees.
The only extra charges are Text Messages which are entirely optional and we provide a report to enable you to extract mobile numbers and use an alternative provider if you wish.
We do not charge for support or onboarding.
